Green kiwi fruit color, sweet, with soft bitterness and itching. In the nose it presents fresh aromas of herbs, artichoke and fruit compote. In the mouth it is soft and balanced, with banana, red apple, red tomato and balsamic herbs touches. Long persistence in the palate.
Suggested Uses: Special for salad dressings, tomato soup, gazpacho, cured ham and cheeses, grilled meats.
