Certified DOP and Organic:  Domenica Fiore Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oils are artisan grown, milled and blended on a family-owned estate overlooking the medieval village of Orvieto in the Umbrian region of Italy. Where the land was once an ancient seabed, we grow four traditional and well-loved Italian olive varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Canino and Moraiolo.

Our 100% Italian organic olives are harvested and crushed all within one day to produce an exquisite extra virgin olive oil, high in polyphenols and antioxidants.

In a world where we want to know where our food is grown, our award winning oil is fully traceable to our estate groves and mill. Each bottle of Domenica Fiore is hand signed, numbered, and dated by our producer and packaged in an 18/10 stainless steel bottle topped with a nitrogen seal to ensure premium quality freshness.

Milling:  Hammer mill
