Robust & full-bodied with aromatic notes of artichoke, green almond, floral blossoms, spices & bold peppery finish. Aromatic and herbaceous, the oil has flavours of freshly crushed olives, fresh cut grass, salad greens, artichoke and fresh walnuts along with green banana and floral notes. It is well balanced with moderate levels of bitterness and pungency.
