Our limited estate production organic extra come from a unique landscape, Taberna’s desert in AlmerÍa – Andalucia – Spain, the only desert in Europe, with more than 3000 hours of sunshine a year. Our production not only is organic but also sustainable – we produce solar energy in our mill, we reuse the waste from the production to make a compost / natural fertilizer, and the olive pits as fuel for the boiler.
